NEW YORK (AP) – Hotel operator Hilton will pay $700,000 to settle an investigation into two separate data breaches that exposed more than 350,000 credit card numbers.

The New York attorney general, who conducted an investigation along with his counterpart in Vermont, said Tuesday that one breach began in November 2014 and another in April 2015 but Hilton didn't tell consumers until November 2015.

77. Orion Federal Credit Union Looks to Move HQ to Edge District -

Orion Federal Credit Union is in talks to move its corporate headquarters to the former Wonder Bread bakery building.

That’s according to Orion CEO Daniel Weickenand, who said Thursday, Aug. 17, the credit union saw an opportunity to relocate its headquarters from 7845 U.S. 64 in the Wolfchase area “to transition a visibly neglected neighborhood in Memphis.”

Tronc, formerly known as Tribune Publishing, rejected at least two bids from Gannett since April because it said it preferred to go it alone and focus on tech-driven initiatives involving artificial intelligence and global expansion in entertainment news and video.
