Two properties owned by Players Crossing Partners have been foreclosed upon, according to today’s Daily News.
BancorpSouth Bank filed two first-run notices after default on separate loans – one for $1.7 million (filed in March 2005), the other for $1.4 million (filed in December 2005). The properties in foreclosure are both in Parcel C, Phase 9, of Players Crossing, also known as Fieldstone Planned Development. The site is near the southwest corner of Hacks Cross Road and Players Club Parkway.
