Extra Space Properties 122 LLC purchased the facilities at 1235 Gateway Drive and 1075 Madison Ave. from ESS VRS Owner LLC in separate Feb. 2 warranty deeds.

Samuel Garrett Davis, founder of Arlington Pet Hospital PLLC, has filed a $1.2 million building permit application with the city-county Department of Construction Code Enforcement for a 5,200-square-foot facility, complete with hospital boarding and grooming capabilities.

Extra Space Properties Seventy Three LLC, an affiliate of Salt Lake City-based Extra Space Storage Inc., has filed a $2.2 million loan through Compass Bank for its storage center at 2855 Houston Levee Road in Cordova.

Salt Lake City-based Extra Space Properties Two LLC has bought a self-storage facility at 2855 Houston Levee Road from Georgia-based JF Storage Holdings LLC for $2.6 million. No financing deed was filed with the Shelby County Register of Deeds at the time of sale.
