The Walgreens store at 3177 S. Perkins Road in the Oakhaven/Parkway Village area has sold for $5.6 million to an entity called Cole WG Memphis TN LLC in a special warranty deed. The sale closed in late March with CRE Memphis Triple Net Holdings as seller.
