First Horizon National Corp. purchased TrustAtlantic Financial Corp. for $80 million on Wednesday. The Knoxville News Sentinel reported (http://bit.ly/1scdaEt ) the deal is subject to approval by regulators and TrustAtlantic's shareholders.
