A Dallas, Texas-based real estate investment trust has purchased a large parcel of land where a Home Depot is located in Hickory Hill for $15.7 million.

Spirit Realty Capital, doing business as Spirit Master Funding X LLC, bought the property from Allied Development of Memphis, according to a March 3 warranty deed filed with the Shelby County Register of Deeds. Mehrdad Mottahedeh signed the deed on behalf of Allied Development.

Spirit Realty Capital, doing business as Spirit Master Funding X LLC, bought the property from Allied Development of Memphis, according to a March 3 warranty deed filed with the Shelby County Register of Deeds. Mehrdad Mottahedeh signed the deed on behalf of Allied Development.

The Boomerang Carwash located at 9809 Highway 64 in Arlington sold for $3 million on Sept. 30.

Scottsdale Ariz.-based Spirit Master Funding X LLC purchased the 3,150-square-foot property located on Highway 64 just west of North Houston Levee Road.

An Arizona-based real estate investment trust has a purchased a Texas Roadhouse restaurant for $2.8 million.

Spirit Master Funding II LLC, an affiliate of Phoenix-based Spirit Capital Realty, acquired the restaurant property at 2810 New Brunswick Road from Spirit Master Funding LX LLC, according to a Feb. 26 warranty deed.

12. Texas Roadhouse Building Sells for $2.8 Million -

An Arizona-based real estate investment trust has a purchased a Texas Roadhouse restaurant for $2.8 million.

Spirit Master Funding II LLC, an affiliate of Phoenix-based Spirit Capital Realty, acquired the restaurant property at 2810 New Brunswick Road from Spirit Master Funding LX LLC, according to a Feb. 26 warranty deed. The purchase was financed with a $2.8 million loan from Citibank, according to a Feb. 26 warranty deed.

Three Memphis-area Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen properties have been purchased by an Arizona real estate investment trust for $5.1 million.

Spirit Master Funding LLC, a REIT affiliated with Scottsdale, Ariz., Spirit Realty Capital, bought the properties Oct. 25 from Shelton Development Co. LLC in separate transactions, paying $1.3 million for the Popeyes at 1105 W. Poplar Ave. in Collierville, $2 million for the one at 6085 Stage Road in Bartlett and $1.9 million for the one at 3660 Austin Peay Highway in Memphis.

16. So Far, So Good For Shelby Farms Master Plan -

The new master plan for Shelby Farms looks a lot like the plan James Corner of New York-based field operations submitted earlier this year to get the master plan contract.

Corner and officials with the Shelby Farms Park Conservancy unveiled the first new master plan for the public land in 33 years Wednesday to the Shelby County Board of Commissioners.
