TRENTON, N.J. (AP) – A drug for dangerously high blood pressure, normally priced at $25.90 per dose, offered to hospitals for $1,200. Fifteen deaths in 15 months blamed on shortages of life-saving medications.

10. CrescoAg Inks Lease for New Downtown HQ -

Downtown Memphis has landed another corporate headquarters. CrescoAg LLC, an independent information management company, has signed a new lease on 4,594 square feet at 88 Union Ave.

11. Highwoods Extends Tenants at Southwind Office Center -

Raleigh, N.C.-based Highwoods Properties Inc. has signed two deals at its Southwind Office Center, a 62,000-square foot, three-story building with views of the Tournament Players Club at Southwind golf course.

12. Calif. Investor Buys Midtown Apartments -

A vintage apartment complex in Midtown is under new ownership.

Gabrion Properties LLC closed on approximately 20,000 total square feet of space in Cherokee Arms Apartments for $455,000. The three-story apartment complex, 1508 Madison Ave., contains 30 studio apartments with historic vintage architecture.

13. Perry Nicole Fine Art Set to Close -

Perry Nicole Fine Art will close shop at Chickasaw Oaks Village at the end of the month and reopen as David Perry Smith Gallery in Midtown on May 1.

Most shoppers only vaguely remember the days when Carrefour at Kirby Woods, Germantown Village Square and Park Place Mall were enclosed shopping centers. Most of the malls opened in the late 1970s or early 1980s, and all had converted to outdoor malls by 1999.

15. More TIC Interests SoldFor Cordova Shopping Center -      Seventeen tenants-in-common investors have bought an interest in Cordova's Parkway Place shopping center in a $13.3 million deal, adding to the nearly 20 TIC investors who invested in the property in February.
