The Economic Development Growth Engine of Memphis and Shelby County approved an incentives request from International Distributors USA to relocate from Olive Branch and expand in Memphis.
The Fast Track payment-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT) clears the way for International Distributors to move from its current 165,000-square-foot location in Olive Branch to a 510,310-square-foot facility at 4770 Hickory Hill Road in South Memphis.
