A 15,400-square-foot retail center around the corner from FedEx’s World Headquarters has been purchased by a California investor for $2.7 million.

Judith Obermeir of San Luis Obispo bought the center at 3315 Hacks Cross Road from Israeli investment firm Faropoint Ventures, which had purchased it in June 2016 for $2.2 million.

14. Faropoint Buys 2 Properties After Trustmark Centre Sale -

Fresh off of the sale of Trustmark Centre, Faropoint Ventures has acquired two more substantial office assets.

The Israeli investment firm bought the Lipscomb & Pitts Building, 2670 Union Ave. Extended, and Poplar Towers, 6263 Poplar Ave., for a combined $19.3 million using capital from the Trustmark Centre sale. The purchase also includes the high-end restaurant Fleming’s, 6245 Poplar, and an AT&T store at 6267 Poplar, both outparcels to Poplar Towers.

15. Iconic E. Memphis Office Building Sells for $19.7M -

Nashville-based Magnolia Capital Investments has purchased the Trustmark Centre located at 5350 Poplar Ave. from Israeli investors, Faropoint Ventures. Faropoint intends to reinvest proceeds from the sale to buy other Memphis properties.

16. Faropoint Acquires Office Portfolio for $19.3M -

Fresh off of the sale of the Trustmark Centre, Faropoint Ventures has acquired two more substantial office assets.

The Lipscomb Pitts Building, located at 2670 Union Ave. Ext.,  and Poplar Towers, located at 6263 Poplar Ave., were both purchased by the Israeli investment firm for $19.3 million using the capital they accrued from the aforementioned deal.

Looking to continue its recent trend of bullish activity in the Memphis market, Faropoint Ventures has acquired a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio for $33.1 million.

The seller was Greenfield Partners LLC, a Connecticut-based private equity firm.

A Germantown Parkway shopping center near Wolfchase Galleria has switched hands for nearly $5 million, according to a warranty deed filed with the Shelby County Register of Deeds March 31.

Called the Shops of Wolflake, the Bartlett shopping center is located between St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett and the Wolfchase mall and is anchored by Eat Well Sushi and Grill.

A California investor has purchased two Millington retail strip centers for a combined $4.8 million.

Mitchell Kitay, who lists an address in West Hollywood, Calif., purchased the 26,720-square-foot retail center at 8510 Wilkinsville Road from Millington Realty Holdings LLC, an entity of Israel-based Faropoint Ventures, according to a Sept. 2 warranty deed.
