An affidavit released Friday, Aug. 5, from a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agent alleges investigators had a confidential informant who is alleging Millington Mayor Richard Hodges gambled at a transmission shop near his home. The TBI also interviewed a witness who claimed he had gambled with Hodges and others at Millington City Hall as well as the Transmission Doctors business on Easley Road.
