T.O. Fuller State Park will host its first Spring Hike on the 2-mile Discovery Trail Saturday, March 22, at 9:30 a.m. starting at the visitors center, 1500 W. Mitchell Road. The hike will be followed by a birds of prey program. Cost of the hike is free. Call 543-7581 or email michael.champagne@tn.gov to sign up.

6. Women Groups to Elevate Business at Seminar -

Three years ago, three national women’s organizations began to gather in Memphis with a vision of preparing and excelling women in business.

The third annual “When Great Women Gather” event will be held Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Holiday Inn University of Memphis, 3700 Central Ave. It is being co-hosted by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and the Women Business Enterprise Council South (WBEC South).

7. Fair Installed as President of State Realtor Group -

Rosemarie Fair was installed as president of the Tennessee Association of Realtors for 2006. Fair, CEO of Memphis-based One Source Commercial Inc., was named TAR Realtor of the Year in 2004. The Memphis Area Association of Realtors named her Realtor of the Year in 1991.
