The fourth annual Memphis Multicultural Career Expo will be held Monday, March 13, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Memphis Hilton, 939 Ridge Lake Blvd. The event brings together job seekers from different backgrounds and communities with hiring managers from more than 30 Memphis companies. The show will feature shopping, fashion shows, cooking demonstrations, health screenings, and an appearance by Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez. Party at the Plaza, a kickoff party for a yearlong art installation by Cat Peña, will be held Thursday, March 9, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the plaza at 600 Monroe Ave. (at Marshall Avenue).
