The Williams-Sonoma distribution center in Oakhaven has sold for $6.9 million.

Tennessee-based CLI Inc. purchased the property at 4300 Concorde Road from California-based Lester McMahan Partnership, according to a Dec. 15 warranty deed.

In fact, Russel and Bob were the first to develop industrial real estate of any consequence here. Today there are more than 220 million square feet of industrial space in the Memphis metropolitan market.

In other words, a viable warehouse sector – which bolsters the city’s ability to store goods before they’re distributed and supports the city’s robust transportation assets – is mission critical no matter how the city’s marketing is phrased.
