State Library Offers Online Collection on Women's Suffrage -

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – The Tennessee State Library & Archives says it has a new online collection about the women's suffrage movement.
The collection, called "Women's Suffrage: Tennessee and the Passage of the 19th Amendment," highlights Tennessee's role in the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which gave women the right to vote in 1920.

As children out of school for the summer enjoy the newly opened “H2Oh! Splash” water park at Hollywood Street and Central Avenue, museum public relations and marketing director Carrie Roberts says plans are being made for the robotic cow and a barn on the other side of the museum property including an outdoor classroom.
