     WHEREAS, default having been made by failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a Promissory Note A-1 and Promissory Note A-2 (collectively, the "Note") dated May 15, 2014 executed by OAK COURT MALL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, and Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (the "Deed of Trust") securing the Note, executed by the same, for the benefit of The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, a public company registered in Scotland of record at Instrument No. 14033122, in the Register''s Office of Shelby County, Tennessee ("Register''s Office"), and said Deed of Trust having been assigned to WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RBS COMMERCIAL FUNDING INC., COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2014-C21 ("Beneficiary"), by assignment of record at Instrument No. 14090190 in said Register''s Office; and said Deed of Trust was modified by Modification of Deed of Trust of record at Instrument No. 22122457 in said Register''s Office; as the current owner and holder of said Deed of Trust, Beneficiary appointed as Substitute Trustee William P. Moss III with all of the rights, powers, and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust.
     WHEREAS, the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by Beneficiary, and payment not having been made, notice is hereby given that William P. Moss III, Substitute Trustee, having been requested to do so by the lawful owner of said indebtedness, will on December 28, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the southwest corner, Adams Avenue entrance, of the Shelby County Courthouse in Memphis, Tennessee, sell for cash to the highest bidder in bar of the equity of redemption and all rights of redemption, statutory or otherwise (including, without limitation, those rights of redemption contained in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 66-8-101 et seq.), marshalling of assets, and all other rights and exemptions of every kind, all of which are waived in the Deed of Trust, the real estate described in Instrument No. 14033122 and situated in Shelby County, Tennessee:
