The 2108 Latham St. distribution center that Orgill Inc. vacated last summer sold for $2.5 million in a March 9 substitute trustee’s sale following a foreclosure of the building’s joint owners, Yong Wah Development-Texas LLP and Memphis-SCEE I LLC.

3. Orgill Exit Right on Schedule, President Says -

The closure of Orgill Inc.’s Memphis distribution center will be complete by the end of this year.

The Memphis-based hardware products distributor, operating under one of Memphis’ most well-known business and political family names, is on schedule with a plan announced last summer to move some of the Memphis work to the Show-Me State.
