Brooks Road has sold for $1.8 million to Brooks Realty Partners, whose general partner, Richard “Dick” Sweebe, owns Mid-America International Trucks Inc. That company has a truck dealership at 1750 E. Brooks Road, next door to the Chuck Hutton property.
