A few months after signing a lease to open a Z-Market convenience store at 4215 Hacks Cross Road in unincorporated Southeast Shelby County, the tenants have bought the property for $1 million.

Fulton Investment Properties LLC has bought the 14,880-square-foot retail center at 1128 Winchester Road in Whitehaven for $900,000 from Beruk Properties Inc. Fulton Investment, whose principal is Homer Fulton Jr., financed the purchase with a $750,000 loan through Southern Bancorp Bank NA.
