The Salvaggio Group LLC has filed a $639,400 permit with the city-county Office of Construction Code Enforcement to perform “shell and core” work on The Brownstone, a Class A office building at 7695 Poplar Pike in Old Germantown.

5. New Germantown Building Will Have Retro Look -

Officials broke ground on a new development in Germantown Tuesday that will combine turn-of-the-century architecture with state-of-art medical imaging technology.

The Salvaggio Group LLC held a ceremonial ground-breaking in a lot on Poplar Pike next to Germantown High School, the future site of the Brownstone building, which will house the corporate and clinical offices of Memphis Radiological PC.

9. Salvaggio Group Plans Brownstone Building in G’town -

If success breeds success, as the old saying goes, then The Salvaggio Group LLC’s next project in Old Germantown could be destined for a bright future.

Fresh off the heels of its three-building office complex off Poplar Pike – which sold in one day earlier this year – the Germantown-based development, construction and management firm is planning an equally ambitious structure across the street.

10. G’Town Office Building Sells for $1 Million -

The office building at 7660 Poplar Pike in Germantown isn’t quite finished, but it already has a new owner. Bregenzer Properties LLC paid $1 million for the 5,000-square-foot structure. The company bought the office building from Nancy S. Waddell, who acquired it in March from the builder, The Salvaggio Group LLC.

12. New Resembles Old -

Old Germantown soon will have a new office product when The Salvaggio Group LLC completes its $3.5 million, three-building development at 7656 and 7658 Poplar Pike, in the heart of town.

The company - whose partners are former Germantown Mayor Charles Salvaggio and his sons, Tony and Jerome - has sold the three lots that comprise the 1.4-acre property and will begin construction within the next few weeks with completion set for Oct. 1.
