Car dealer Homer Skelton has bought the former Wolfchase Chrysler/Plymouth/Jeep dealership at 3020 N. Germantown Road in Bartlett for $3.3 million from Chrysler Realty Co. LLC. Skelton made the transaction with First Tennessee Bank NA acting as trustee under the Homer D. Skelton Inter Vivos Trust dated Nov. 14, 1988. The deal closed May 23.
