Details: The Inn at Thousand Oaks hotel at 2700 S. Perkins Road in Parkway Village has sold for $2.2 million following a first-run foreclosure notice filed earlier this year.

2. Peppertree Apartments Owner Files $3 Million Loan -

The owner of the 306-unit Peppertree Apartments at 4243 Graceland Drive in Whitehaven has filed a $3.2 million loan on the property.

3. Collier Village Apartments Sell for $4.4 Million -

The 100-unit Collier Village Apartments at 365 Center St. in Collierville has sold for $4.4 million.

Collier Village Apartments Utah LLC – an affiliate of Salt Lake City-based Property Asset Management Inc. – bought the townhouse-style multifamily complex in a Feb. 26 special warranty deed from Collier Village Associates LLC.

5. Company Files Loans on Hickory Hill Complexes -

Philadelphia-based real estate investment company Resource Real Estate has filed trust deeds on The Woods at Ridgeway and Waterstone Landing apartment complexes in Hickory Hill.

Both loans were filed Sept. 27 through Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC. Resource Real Estate executive vice president Kevin Finkel signed both loans.

6. Multifamily Owner Files New Loans on Properties -

The owner of two local multifamily complexes – Poplar Place Townhomes and Collier Village – has filed loans on the properties.

Both properties are owned by an anonymous out-of-town investor and managed by Newtown Square, Pa.-based GMH Capital Partners LLC.

CMS Stonebridge LLC has refinanced the Stonebridge Crossing apartment complex through Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC for $18.5 million. The transaction closed Nov .1.

11. Oakhaven Office Building Sells for $341K in Auction -

The office building at 3645 Lamar Ave. in Oakhaven sold for $341,000 in a March absolute auction.

The sale closed April 15 in a special warranty deed. A partnership called 3645 Lamar LLP bought the property from Commerce Center Memphis LLC.
