A lawsuit filed by three former Smith & Nephew Inc. sales agents has been moved to Memphis federal court. The agents filed suit in Texas last year alleging they were wrongfully fired after visiting a strip club with a physician client.

7. Scope of Stanford Scandal Vast, Deep -

When the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint in federal court last week accusing Stanford Financial Group of defrauding billions from investors, the case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Sam Lindsay.

8. Confessions of a Wal-Mart Shopper -

Some people are Macy's shoppers. Some people are Target shoppers. I, on the other hand, am a Wal-Mart shopper.

Yes, I admit it.

Snicker if you must, but I've often said that even if I won the lottery or became wealthy some other instantaneous and miraculous way, I'd still shop the sale rack at Wal-Mart.
