Central BBQ to Open Summer Avenue Location

4375 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122, Loan Amount: $1.3 million -
Roger Sapp and Craig Blondis, co-owners of Central BBQ, plan to open a second location in an 8,344-square-foot former Red Lobster restaurant on Summer Avenue. CBBQ bought the property July 21 from GMRI Inc. for $685,000.
