Premcor to add 51,000-square-foot office building

Premcor, one of the largest independent petroleum refiners and suppliers of transportation fuels and petroleum products in the United States, is building a new administration building at its Memphis location.

If customers miss the sign out front, they might spy the miniature table under a tree in the front yard, set with an empty lemonade pitcher, four little glasses and a beautiful green plant. All that's missing from the scene are young children chasing each other around the spacious front lawn, all but ignoring their pretend afternoon tea party.

Riverfront Development Corp. Elects New Officers

The Riverfront Development Corp. named the following members to its board of directors: Kemp Conrad, Tomeka Hart and Dan Turley. The following members were elected as officers: Rick Masson, chairman; Greg Duckett, vice chairman; John Farris, secretary; Angus McEachran, assistant secretary; Bill Taylor, treasurer; and John Pontius, assistant treasurer.
