Permit to build a Candlewood Suites extended-stay hotel at the corner of Centennial Drive and Hacks Cross Road. London-based InterContinental Hotels Group Americas (IHG), which owns the Candlewood brand, plans to begin laying the slab for the hotel by summer, said IHG spokesperson Monica Smith.
