Local, national nonprofit orgs continue the search for good job candidates
The last thing an adult sitting in a kiddie pool wants to do is look down and see the pool shrinking around him. Depending on how badly he feels he needs to take a dip, he may struggle to come up with a way to stretch the pool back out.
It's easy to see how nearby natural disasters affect the cost and availability of construction materials. When Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast in 2005, it created a clear demand for supplies such as lumber and forced builders to pay a higher premium for them.
Phase two of, Rolling Meadows, Loan Amount: $4.4 million -
Meadow Estates LLC has taken out two loans totaling $4.4 million to develop phase two of Rolling Meadows Planned Development. The second phase will have 59 lots, said Jon McCreery, president of Chamberlain & McCreery.
