Tonight's XM Tribute Brings 1960s-era radio station back to life
For some Memphians, there's no forgetting the likes of the manic deejay known in his day as "Daddy-O-Dewey."
A federal grand jury this week formally indicted two Memphis City Council members who previously had been implicated in criminal complaints alleging they sold their votes in exchange for supporting a real estate project, among other dealings.
Lori Hanks taught preschool for 11 years, but all the while she was working toward a totally different career. Most recently, the Memphis native taught pre-kindergarten classes at Christ Methodist Day School in East Memphis.
