CYDC receives grant to help with development initiatives

Everyone knows Cooper-Young as the place to go for somewhere eclectic to dine and something interesting to buy. Starting next year, new homes should begin popping up in the southeast portion of the neighborhood that will prove yet another selling point for this avant-garde enclave.
