Members of the city council today will decide fate of One Beale development
The developers of the 30-story, $175 million One Beale project have tapped a veteran Nashville PR firm to market their hotel, office and condominium mega-development. They're even looking down the line at creating a flashy online multimedia presentation to serve a similar purpose.

A 2,998-square-foot Wendy's fast food restaurant built in 1993 on .86 acres on the south side of U.S. 61 northeast of Horn Lake Road. A lease memo was signed between CNL Net Lease as landlord and Valenti Mid-South Realty LLC; the memo states the lease will run through September 2021 with the option to renew up to four five-year terms. The loan is in accordance with a collateral agency agreement dated March 2006 between CNL Restaurant Capital LP and Wells Fargo Bank. A collateral agent is one who holds the collateral used to secure a loan.
