HERNANDO - During the last decade, the 1,139 acres known as the Banks land just west of Hernando have been the focus of much debate.

'Preserve' Slated to Bring 400-Plus Apartments to Major Intersection

37 acres off, Forest Hill-Irene Road, Sale Amount: $2.4 million -
Construction is about to be underway on a 414-unit garden apartment community on about 37 acres at the northeast corner of Forest Hill-Irene Road and Bill Morris Parkway.
