The Memphis chapter of the American Payroll Association will meet Thursday, Oct. 10, at 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn University of Memphis, 3700 Central Ave. Emily Gregg of the Tennessee Department of Human Resources will present “Tennessee Child Support Program and Employers Working Together.” Cost is $20 for members and $30 for nonmembers. The Pink Palace Crafts Fair will be held Friday, Oct. 11, through Sunday, Oct. 13, in Audubon Park, at the corner of Perkins Road and Southern Avenue.
