United Way of the Mid-South, the Tennessee Health Care Campaign and Meritan will host “It Takes a Community: Understanding the Affordable Care Act” Friday, July 19, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Meritan, 4700 Poplar ave.
