Greater Memphis Chamber Small Business Council will host its 2013 program launch luncheon Friday, Jan. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Memphis Marriott East, 5795 Poplar Ave. Dr. Martin Regalia, senior vice president of economic and tax policy and chief economist at the United States Chamber of Commerce, will speak.
