Al Gore in Memphis Next Month for Book Signing

Former Vice President Al Gore will be in Memphis next month to talk about and sign his new book.
Gore is coming to The Booksellers at Laurelwood Feb. 18 to sign “The Future,” which is billed as “a frank and clear-eyed assessment of the emerging forces that are reshaping our world.”
A Nobel Peace Prize winner for his advocacy in support of climate change awareness, Gore has been in the news in recent days over the sale of the TV network he co-founded, Current TV, to the Arab network Al-Jazeera.
Gore also is a former U.S. Representative and Senator from Tennessee.
