Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division will present its annual Neighborhood Leaders Conference Friday, Aug. 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Joyce M. Blackmon Training Center, 4949 Raleigh LaGrange Road. The conference’s focus is addressing the community’s environmental and business concerns.
