Youth Villages will hold the 22nd Annual Soup Sunday on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at FedExForum, 191 Beale St. The event will include, soup, gumbo, specialty items, bread, dessert, children’s activities, adult beverages and a VIP Souper Party. HopeWorks Inc. will host its third annual fundraiser breakfast, “A Morning of Hope with Bill Strickland,” March 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Woodland Hills Event Center, 10000 Woodland Hills Drive. Strickland, chief executive officer of Manchester Bidwell Corp. and recent appointment to the White House Council for Community Solutions, will speak.
