Crye-Leike Realtors broker Patty Rainey has been chosen as president-elect of the Tennessee Women's Council of Realtors.
Rainey is a member of the Memphis Area, Northwest Mississippi, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors. She is in the Multi-Million Dollar Club and MAARket Master Toastmasters, and in 2006, she served as the president of the local Certified Residential Specialists chapter.

Dr. Lupo T. Carlota, an acupuncture specialist at the Acupuncture Medical Center, has been appointed to the National Advisory Council on Complementary and Alternative Medicine of the National Institutes of Health. Carlota is the president and founder of the Medical Acupuncture Research Institute of America, and he also developed the Meridian Regulatory Acupuncture System of Therapy, a simplified and scientific approach to acupuncture.
Netisha Burnett has been promoted to manager of program services for Girls Inc. of Memphis. Previously, Burnett was the program services administrative assistant and program specialist. She has been with the nonprofit organization for more than two years.
Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center has hired several new staff members. Paula Dycus has been named director of clinical programs. She previously worked at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as the practice coordinator for patient care services. Tom Matisko is the director of facilities. Matisko has more than 30 years of health care facilities services management experience. Geri Skelley is the hospital's new administrative director of ambulatory care. Skelley previously was the director of radiology. And Elesia Turner has been named director of risk management, and also serves as the hospital's clinical safety officer.
Christopher A. Schnee has been named vice president of global marketing at Luminetx Corp. Schnee has more than 12 years of experience in medical imaging and capital equipment. He will lead Luminetx's product development, strategic brand and customer-focused marketing directives. Previously, Schnee worked as the director of marketing for Austin, Texas-based Healthtronics, a provider of urological services and products.
