CB Richard Ellis Acquires Romanian Firm

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Commercial real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. said Friday it acquired Eurisko Consulting SRL for about $35 million to bolster its central and eastern European operations.
Eurisko Consulting is the largest commercial real estate services firm in Romania.
"We expect the Romanian commercial real estate market to see substantial growth over the long term," Colin Waddell, managing director of CB Richard Ells' central and eastern European operations, said in a statement.
