Rhodes College will host speaker Qubad Talabani, United States representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq and son of the current president of Iraq, today at 7 p.m. in Blount Auditorium of Buckman Hall. Talabani will present “Iraq: As U.S. Forces Stand Down, Who is Standing Up?”
