Mary Day has been named president of Message Factors Inc. Day joined the company in 1998 as executive vice president. She received her bachelors and masters degrees from Vanderbilt University. Nancy Averwater has been named executive director of healthcare services and Trinity hospice for Baptist Trinity Home Care. She previously was director of healthcare services.
