1. Bedrock Eats and Sweets Offers Healthy Choices -

A new healthy eating outlet has launched in Memphis that aims to provide pre-made, healthy whole-food meals and food mixed with a dose of convenience.

Bedrock Eats and Sweets is the product of YoLo’s Taylor Berger and Brandi Marter, partners in the venture, and the goal is to provide people with an alternative to something like a McDonald’s run because they’re hungry and because it’s convenient.

2. YoLo to Open Two New Stores June 1 -

YoLo is set to open two new locations Wednesday, June 1.

The Memphis-based self-serve frozen yogurt chain will open its East Memphis location, 1243 Ridgeway Road in Park Place Center, as well as a Bartlett location, 5985 Stage Road, suite 30, in the Kroger-anchored shopping center.

3. Soft Surge -

Self-serve frozen yogurt shops have popped up en masse across the Mid-South in recent months, with the latest batch coming online soon.

The newest addition to the market, Gracie Bleu, opened its doors last week.

4. Skyline Grows Local Footprint on Vantech Dr. -

Skyline Exhibits MidSouth is expanding its presence at East Pointe Business Center.

The St. Paul, Minn.-based tradeshow exhibits company renewed its 9,958-square-foot lease at 3895 Vantech Drive, Suite 9, and expanded into an additional 3,524 square feet. The additional space will enable Skyline to assemble and store exhibits for clients.
