Memphis International Airport Center sold back to the lender for $14.3 million Wednesday, Oct. 31, on the Shelby County Courthouse steps following a foreclosure.

CSMC 2007-C1 Air Center LLC bought the nine-building, 1.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio from substitute trustee Harris P. Quinn, shareholder with Prochaska Thompson Quinn & Ferraro P.C. The lender was the only bidder at the sale.

4. Arlington Pet Hospital Files $1.2M Permit For Expansion -

Construction plans for a new stand-alone space for a growing Arlington veterinary clinic are under way near its current shopping center space.

Samuel Garrett Davis, founder of Arlington Pet Hospital PLLC, has filed a $1.2 million building permit application with the city-county Department of Construction Code Enforcement for a 5,200-square-foot facility, complete with hospital boarding and grooming capabilities.

With the recent decision to locate a new distribution hub in Memphis, Kyocera Mita America executives have made it clear Memphis is "people friendly" enough for their tastes.

The phrase appears in the company's latest television commercial and has been echoed throughout its three-year-long "People Friendly" advertising campaign.
