Victory Packaging soon will relocate its entire Southaven branch operation to the Southeast Memphis industrial submarket.
The Houston, Texas-based industrial packaging supplier and distributor inked 158,333 square feet in Shelby Air Park Building 1, 4500 Malone Road. The 475,000-square-foot building also houses Terminal Warehouse Inc.

The company has filed 34 business licenses since Jan. 1, according to The Daily News Online, www.memphisdailynews.com. And that signals at least two things about the Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based division of Coinstar Inc.

Fred Montesi III, a member of the well-known Memphis grocery family, was one of the first Blockbuster franchise holders in the United States.
He opened the video rental company's first store in Memphis in the late 1980s, later growing his Blockbuster franchise operation into one of the largest in the country.
