Real estate investor Arnold R. Dormer Jr. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee.

Dormer’s real property assets are listed at more than $3.3 million, and he’s listed as having between 200 and 999 creditors, which include Independent Bank, BancorpSouth Mortgage and the city of Memphis.
