Memphis-based Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC has been named among the magazine’s “Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity” for the sixth consecutive year. The firm also showed up for the third consecutive time on the magazine’s list of “Top 100 Law Firms for Women.”

The Memphis & Shelby County Office of Economic Development holds a public meeting to update the progress on the Broad Avenue Corridor planning initiative today at 6:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 2849 Broad Ave. Earlier this year, community input was gathered in the Broad Avenue Corridor charrette process as a test case for the Unified Development Code. The new code is being drafted to update and overhaul the current city-county zoning and subdivision regulations.
