5. California Investors BuyE. Memphis Shopping Center -      Lauderdale-Quince LLC has sold property at Quince and White Station roads for $5.4 million. The buyers were Quince Ave LLC, with an undivided 85 percent interest, and KJF/Faris LLC, with an undivided 15 percent interest.
