Shelby County Trustee David Lenoir is partnering with real estate information company Chandler Reports and the Community Development Council to present its third Real Estate Road Show Thursday, Jan. 3.

The 54th AutoZone Liberty Bowl Football Classic, featuring Iowa State University vs. University of Tulsa, will be held Monday, Dec. 31, at 2:30 p.m. at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, 335 S. The Memphis Area Association of Realtors is continuing its real estate forum tour, with the next one planned for April 20 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Memphis Leadership Foundation, 1548 Poplar Ave.

21. Midtown Zoning Plan Draws Public Interest -

Midtown Memphis would become denser, mix up commercial and residential more and grow up under terms of a Midtown zoning overlay that is being considered by the Memphis City Council.

The overlay is a guide for future short-term development created by the Memphis Regional Design Center. The first council votes on the overlay could come as early as next month.
