McNeill Commercial Real Estate, operating as Wolf River Kimbrough Partners, has filed two loans totaling $4 million for a planned medical office park.

McNeill filed for the loans with Financial Federal, according to two Oct. 1 commercial deeds of trust. Spence Ray of McNeill signed both deeds of trust.

3. Germantown Land Sells for $6 Million -

Neshoba-Exeter Real Estate Partners, whose managing general partner is M. Spence Ray, has acquired property in Germantown for $6 million.

Neshoba-Exeter Partners acquired roughly 16 acres of vacant land zoned for residential development in two parcels owned by Owen Investments LP near the northeast corner of South Germantown and Neshoba roads on Sept. 15, according to a warranty deed.

4. Owner Files Loan On Germantown Land -

The owner of a 1.2-acre parcel at the corner of Germantown and Farmington roads in Germantown has filed a $1.8 million loan on the land.

The entity, called Lot 3 Saddlecreek PUD Partners, filed the deed of trust, security agreement and assignment of rents and leases March 20 through Financial Federal Bank.

The land is an outparcel of the Houston Levee Galleria, a 26-acre mixed-used development on the southeast corner of Houston Levee Road and Poplar Avenue.
