1. Missouri Financial Adviser Gets Probation in Memphis -

MEMPHIS (AP) – A Missouri financial adviser and campaign fundraiser for President Barack Obama was sentenced to six months of house arrest and five years' probation Monday for conducting a bizarre plot to stalk her daughter's ex-boyfriend.

2. Ady Joins Ballet Memphis as Ballet Master -

James Ady has joined Ballet Memphis as ballet master. In his new role, Ady will teach morning technique classes, assist with community outreach programs, and rehearse and coach dancers for upcoming performances.

The CashSaver in Midtown has traded hands. 

Kansas City, Kan.-based Super Market Developers Inc. bought the 69,017-square-foot building at 1620 Madison Ave. at Avalon Street from 1620 Madison LLC for $3.2 million. Fred Monks III, president/chief manager of 1620 Madison LLC, signed the special warranty deed.
