1. Haslam Signs Bills Aimed at Protecting Students' Health

NASHVILLE (AP) – Gov. Bill Haslam has signed two bills that seek to protect the health of high school and college students.
One measure will require schools and other organizations with youth athletic programs to adopt concussion policies. It was overwhelmingly approved 93-3 in the House and the Senate unanimously passed it 30-0.
